Why the build is flat
We know what a surgeon site needs and we have built enough of them to know how long it takes. A flat number means you are not paying for our surprises.
Why Care is optional
The site does not need us to stay up. Hosting is included and there is nothing to patch. Care is for practices that want edits, reports, and a person on call.
What is not included
Paid ads, if you want them, are billed at cost with no markup. Online scheduling and intake go through a compliant vendor and we connect it. Domain renewal is yours, about $12 a year.

Common questions.
Do I have to move off my current site?
Yes, but you do not have to do anything. We build the new one on a private link, you approve it, then we point your domain at it. The old site stays up until the minute the new one is live.
What about my current vendor's contract?
Read the cancellation terms and send them to Collin. Most are month to month after the first year. We have seen every version of this and will tell you exactly what to send them.
Can I edit the site myself?
Simple edits, yes, through a clean editor with no code. Bigger changes you text us. Most surgeons find texting us is faster than logging into anything.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
The website itself never stores patient information. Contact forms relay a message and keep nothing. If you want online scheduling or intake, we connect a compliant vendor for that instead of building a form that should not exist.
Do you do the SEO too?
The setup that actually matters is part of every build. Ongoing upkeep is in the Care plan. We do not sell a separate 'SEO package' because most of what those contain is either included or does nothing.
How fast is fast?
First version in about three days, live in about a week if you are quick with feedback. The record is 48 hours.
