Thirty minutes with Collin. What you do, who you want walking in, what you cannot stand about the current site. We take notes, you do not fill out a form.
Days 1 to 3
Eric
We build version one
Eric designs and codes the real site, not a mockup. Home, about, your procedures, contact. You get a link you can open on your phone between cases.
Day 4
You
You mark it up
Text us, call us, or send a voice memo. Wrong photo, change the wording, add a procedure. Most rounds of changes are done the same day.
Day 5 to 7

Live
Your domain points at the new site, Google is told it exists, forms are tested, and the old subscription gets cancelled. Then we keep an eye on it.
What we need from you
Thirty minutes, your CV or bio, a list of procedures you want patients to find, and whatever photos you have. If you have none, we come shoot.
What you never touch
Hosting, domains, security, speed, Google setup, the code. If a word on it is wrong you text us and it is fixed.
What you sign
A one page agreement. Flat price for the build, and the Care plan is month to month if you want it. No lock in and you own the site either way.

Do I have to move off my current site?
Yes, but you do not have to do anything. We build the new one on a private link, you approve it, then we point your domain at it. The old site stays up until the minute the new one is live.
What about my current vendor's contract?
Read the cancellation terms and send them to Collin. Most are month to month after the first year. We have seen every version of this and will tell you exactly what to send them.
Can I edit the site myself?
Simple edits, yes, through a clean editor with no code. Bigger changes you text us. Most surgeons find texting us is faster than logging into anything.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
The website itself never stores patient information. Contact forms relay a message and keep nothing. If you want online scheduling or intake, we connect a compliant vendor for that instead of building a form that should not exist.
Do you do the SEO too?
The setup that actually matters is part of every build. Ongoing upkeep is in the Care plan. We do not sell a separate 'SEO package' because most of what those contain is either included or does nothing.
How fast is fast?
First version in about three days, live in about a week if you are quick with feedback. The record is 48 hours.
What if I want to leave?
You take everything with you. Domain, code, photos, copy. No exit fee, nothing held hostage.
